We
currently have 5 Reformers ensuring that you'll get lots of
individual attention! So if you're new to Pilates we make sure you do
it correctly and safely.
Frank
Kasper is our Pilates instructor. Frank has over 17 years of
experience teaching Pilates and is certified by Polestar Pilates as
well as Power Pilates.
Frank
makes sure everybody has a safe and effective workout and can modify
the moves if you have any injuries or weaknesses.
Frank
offers a FREE 30 minute evaluation to anyone who is interested in
trying Pilates on the Reformer.
Gym
Membership
You must be a member of the Trim Gym in order to do Pilates with us. If you're not a member and would like to try the Free 30 minute evaluation you'll just have to buy the one day pass which is $10.

Our
Pilates Reformer classes are not included in your gym membership but
they're only $15 per class!
We
also offer a half hour duet for $20 and one hour private sessions for
$45.

Beginner group classes are:

and Friday at 8:00 am.

Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 9:00 am

We have the Pilates Allegro Reformers along with the box, jumpboard, magic circle and dumbbells.
One
of our Reformers has the Tower on it that we sometimes use when there
are only 2 or 3 people in a class.
